• HOW TO PROVIDE HELP?

Step 1: Login to your account and click Dashboard.

Step 2: 

You will see PH & GH option. CLICK "Send PH"

Step 3: Enter  AMOUNT. Remember that the value is in USD.

 Step 4: Confirm the PH Amount.

Step 5: The PH will be on "PENDING" Status.

Wait for confirmation/approval from GCCH

Example:

Provide Help (PH) is 20% within

24 hours 80% within 48 hours. If you want to PH $100, get your $100 ready.

Step 6: An email confirmation and verification will be sent to you.

 Step 7: Wait for Assigned PH Details to be available. An e-mail verification will also be sent as a confirmation regarding the details. 

The PH Assigned Details can be seen @ the Navigation Option in our back office website.

Step 8: Login to your account.

Click "PH"

Step 9: Check for Pending PH and you will see the details. 

Click SEND PAYMENT

Assigned PH Receiver Details will pop-up afterwards.

Step 10: Copy the details of PAYMENT OPTION ADDRESS and SEND the specific amount required.

For me, I preferred via BITCOIN TRANSACTION =) I just copied the PH Receiver address and Send the amount. 

Note: MANUAL COMPUTING is Needed and should be in USD. 

For  blockchain wallet user, there is an option on how much is USD worth in specific Bitcoin amount.

REMEMBER: SCREENSHOT THE TRANSACTION & COPY the TRANSACTION LINK as a PROOF

Step 11: CONFIRMING your PAYMENT TRANSACTION in our website after SENDING PH.

FILL-OUT the form that you will see in PENDING  PH REQUEST.

1. Payment Option: Put here what PAYMENT GATEWAY you used
2. Payment Detail: Enter the Address of the PH Receiver
3. Upload Proof: the Screenshot of your transaction is enough.
4. Hashtag: You can enter the TRANSACTION LINK here or any Notification noting that you already provided the assigned PH.

Step 12: Then click "SEND"

A notification of "PAYMENT SEND SUCCESSFULLY" will appear.

Your  PH  STATUS will also be indicated in the DASHBOARD, Confirming you TRANSACTED...

This pending  is still under GCCH &  PH
 Receiver CONFIRMATION.

Step 13: After few hours, an email confirmation will be sent to you.
Check your e-mail =)

"HELP APPROVED SUCCESSFULLY"

For me it took 4 hours before my payment TRANSACTION was confirmed SUCCESSFULLY.

Remember this is only 20% of total PH that needed to be done within 24hrs.
The remaining 80% will be within 48hrs.
Just do the same procedure.
